Return & Exchange Policy

How Do I Return Products? 

At LEGEAR, we strive to make your online shopping experience seamless and satisfying. We encourage you to read our return policy thoroughly before making a purchase. Exchanges or store credit are available for items that comply with our policy guidelines, detailed below.

Returns and Exchanges Process:

  • We do not accept returns for change of mind, including preferences for different styles or colours.
  • Exchanges or store credit are available for eligible items that meet the following criteria:
    • The item is unused and in new, re-sellable condition.
    • It shows no marks, scuffs, dirt, pet hair, stains, or strong odours.
    • All original packaging, parts, accessories, and manuals are included and intact.
    • The return is received within 30 days of delivery.

Return Authorisation:

  • Before sending any items back, please email us at support@legear.com.au for return/exchange approval. Returns that arrive at our warehouse without prior email authorisation will not be accepted and will be returned to the sender at their expense.
  • Unauthorised returns will not be accepted and will be returned to you at your expense.

Consumer Guarantees:

  • All products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure or if goods are not of acceptable quality.

Warranty Returns:

Most repairs will be carried out by the manufacturer, not by LEGEAR Australia. In some cases, faulty items cannot be repaired, and a replacement, store credit or refund will be offered. LEGEAR cannot control the availability of replacement goods.

LEGEAR Australia has no control over manufacturer warranty periods, nor can we control repair periods or advise what they will be. We will, however, do everything we can to ensure your faulty item is handled as quickly as possible and that you are informed throughout the process. In cases where you have returned goods directly to the manufacturer,

LEGEAR Australia cannot be held accountable for repair periods or communication from the manufacturer. To determine if your item qualifies for a warranty claim, please email your request to support@legear.com.au if purchased online. If you purchased it at one of our retail stores, please reach out to them directly.
