HOW LONG IT WILL TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?

All products listed on our website have a delivery timeframe listed on them. We endeavour to process all orders within these timeframes however at times, we do experience delays when we have an influx of orders. If in doubt, please contact our Customer Service Team to check the status of your order. 

 

HOW IS MY ORDER SHIPPED?

Orders are shipped within Australia via Australia Post and StarTrack. We are not currently shipping products to New Zealand but will in the near future. Please note any tracking number provided can take up to 24 hours to become active on the freight carriers website.

 

DO YOU OFFER EXPRESS SHIPPING?

Unfortunately, we do not have an express shipping option currently available but it’s something we are working on.

 

HOW MUCH ARE THE SHIPPING COSTS?


All orders shipped within Australia are charged a flat rate of AU $14.99. If your order is over $300, shipping is free. If your order is dispatched from multiple locations, don't worry—there are no extra shipping fees.

At this time, we are not offering shipping to New Zealand. However, we’re actively working on bringing this option back in the near future! Stay tuned for updates.
